Recruitment

  • Joining a Panhellenic organization is a great way to get involved, make life-long friends, and further develop your leadership skills. Over 700 women at Bradley have chosen to join a sorority at Bradley University, representing almost 30% of the campuses undergraduate female population!

    Formal Recruitment

Formal Recruitment takes place over the course of one weekend in the fall semester. The dates for fall 2011 Panhellenic Formal Recruitment are Sept. 9 - Sept. 11. During the formal recruitment process, potential new members are introduced to each chapter and get the opportunity to find an organization that is the right fit for them.

Through a process of mutual selection, the potential new member narrows down her options over the course of three rounds. It is the goal of Bradley's Panhellenic Council to find a home for every woman interested in joining a sorority.

    Informal/Spring Recruitment

Informal recruitment takes place throughout the school year and allows for women to meet our chapters in a relaxed environment, and on their own time. Informal recruitment is a great opportunity to meet our chapters in a casual setting, and decide which organization is right for you.

Panhellenic will host a Spring Recruitment Kickoff early in the spring semester to help interested women to meet those sororoties which will be participating in spring recruitment. The 2012 Spring Recruitment Kickoff will be hosted on January 28th from 1-3pm in Lydia's Lounge.
